The Directors would like to inform the market that the publication of the 2023 Annual Financial Results will be further delayed. This is due to the delay in finalisation of the subsidiaries audit which has delayed the consolidation.
As per the announcement released on 12 March 2024, the Company will remain in a closed period and all affected persons are prohibited from dealing in the Company’s shares.
SOL has in the interim published separate audited financial statements of the Company before consolidation of the Group which can be viewed alongside this announcement.
